The permit has expired and you have not gotten your Certificate of Occupancy. You are now in violation of the Code of the Town of Southold. On October 25, 1989 when our inspector did a final inspec- tion he told you that the pool was not in the location as spec- ified on the plan and also that you had to revise your plan to include the deck.
