We, hereby, certify that Challenger Raof Cement, same as that used on the residence of Mr. Terry Sweeney, is suitable material far use as an above or below grade waterproofing and dampproofing compound. Ws are enclosing wikh this copy of the fax message being sent to you today, a sample at the Challenger Roof Cement label. 1?lease note the third paragraph under the directions column.
