It is your responsibility to ensure that all necessary precautions are taken to prevent any sedimentation or other alteration or disturbance to the ground surface or veyetation in this area as a result of your project. Such precautions may includr providing adequate work area between the YO' contour or topographic crest and the project (i.e. a 15' to 20' wide construction area) or erection of a temporary fence, barrier, or hay bale berm.
