Sound, at premises known as 760 The Strand, Pebble Beach Farms Subdivision Lot 9129, East Marion, NY; County Tax Map Parcel No. 1000-30-2-84. WHEREAS, a public hearing was held and concluded on July 14, 1988 in the Matter of the Application of ESME AND NICHOLAS LAGUDIS under Appeal No. 3733; and WHEREAS, at said hearing all those who desired to be heard were heard and their testimony recorded; and WHEREAS, the Board has carefully considered all testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the Board Members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question, its present zoning, and the surrounding areas; and WHEREAS, the Board made the following findings of fact: 1. The property in question is identified on the Suffolk County Tax Maps as District 1000, Section 30, Block 2, Lot 84, is known as SubdivIsion Lot ~129 as shown on the Pebble Beach Farms, Inc. Subdivision Map. 2. The sub]ect premises contains a total area of approximately 25,800 sq. ft. and ~s improved with a single-family, one-story framed house with garage as more particularly shown on the June 28, 1983 survey prepared by Young and Young, L.S.
