During the construction phase of the above referenced
project, revisions have been made to the original submittal.
These changes are reflected on the attached plan set dated 10/88.
The revisions include the installation of a built--up girder to
support the second stor-y bearing wall, reversal of the gable
direction, additional insulation to conform with the requirements
for electric comfort heating, and two attached decks.
It is my opinion that the above referenced revisions are in
conformance with the general intent of the N.Y:S. Building
Const;ruc'tion Code and the N.Y.S. Energy Conservation Construction
Code (acceptable practice method).
Please include this letter and revised plan set with the
original submittal for tYiis project.

sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.

or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this appli-
cation.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d, Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issued a Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
