The Planning Board has reviewed your request for comments regarding the above-referenced
application, and is requesting more time to provide substantive comments for your consideration.
In addition, the Planning Board plans to take Lead Agency under SEQRA and will be
coordinating with the ZBA as an involved agency.
We appreciate that the ZBA will be holding the Special Exception hearing on November 3, 2022.
This will assist us in gathering public comment to ensure our review under SEQRA addresses all
of the concerns of the community.
If you have any questions or require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact the
Planning Office.

Hi Heather
I would welcome your comments on Martins application and thank you. Regarding your other email about Cutchogue
Fire District,the ZBA declared issued a neg Dec a while ago before the public voted on the bond which was approved.
We held a public hearing and last night we voted on a draft to approve as applied for. I'm coming in to the office this
morning to sign all the decisions. If you would like a copy I'll email it to you. See you soon

PS Kim is on vacation and will be back in the office on Tuesday the 25th.Also thanks for organizing a meeting to talk
about applying the big house legislation.

Since these no longer need site plan(I already notified Martin F and the Building Dept that their
notice of disapproval needs revising), do you still want Planning comments?
It might still be a good idea to do that because we could give practical site-related comments
even though we won't be doing a site plan. Of course that's up to you, but we are happy to do so
if you would find it useful.
