Dear Mr. Maurovic:
On October 17, 1989, we notified you that a Certificate of
Occupancy for the above numbered building permlt was never
issued. A final inspection was made and the CO was denied
because the shed did not pass the inspection. More support was
required under the floor, and shed had to be fastened to the
footings.
As of this date, we have not heard from you. You must
contact thls office immedlately to resolve the violations. If
we do not hear from you by January 22, 1990, legal action will
be taken.
We return herewlth your Postal Money Order %39851743285
dated September 1i, 1988 in the amount of $45.00 as this is now
outdated. Please send us two new checks. One in the amount of
$35.00 representing the fee for the building permit - $25.00.
Demolition Fee - $10.00, Certificate of Occupancy Fee $25.00.

Dear Mr. Maurovic:
In reviewing our records, we find that a Certificate of
Occupancy for the above numbered building permit was never
issued. A final inspection was made on November 14, 1988. CO
was denied because the shed did not pass the inspection.
(See attached copy of Inspection Ticket.)
According to the Code of the Town of Southold Article XXVII
Chap. 100-281 "no building in any district shall be constructed
without a building permit." In addition according to Chapter
100-284 it is unlawful to occupy or use a building without a
Certificate of Occupancy.
In order to avoid legal action, you must contact this office
immediately to resolve the violations.
