Accurate survey of pnperty showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. A properly completed '~iapplication, a consent to inspect signed by the applicant and a certified abstract of title issued by a title company which shall show single and separate ownership of the entire Iot prior tq April 9, 1957.
