Dear Mr. Schwalb:
With regard to your letter dated August 23, 2023, requesting to prune existing
trees on the above-mentioned property which abuts the wetlands, and which
trees were shown in photographs provided and as seen by Trustee President
Glenn Goldsmith on October 15, 2023, the Board of Trustees determined that the
work as indicated above may be performed.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this
office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
