Dear Mr. and Mrs. Hollowell:
With regard to your letter dated September 12, 2023,_along with photographs
requesting to trim dead wood on a tree located in your yard which abuts the
wetlands, and which tree was seen by Trustee Elizabeth Peeples on September
29, 2023, the Board of Trustees determined that the dead branches of the tree
may be trimmed at this time. If tree requires further trimming or possible
removal, please return to Trustee's Office.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this
office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
