With regard to your letter dated October 13, 2023, requesting to remove a
problematic weeping willow tree and to perform minor trimming on existing
indicated trees on the above-mentioned property which abuts the wetlands, and
which trees were seen by Trustee Vice-President A. Nicholas Krupski, the Board
of Trustees determined that the work as indicated above may be performed.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this
office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
