OFFICE OF BUILDING INSPECTOR
TOWN OF SOUTHOLD
August 15, 1989
Edward Harbes III
715 Sound Avenue
Mattituck, NY 11952
Re: Suffolk County Tax #1000-112-01-07
Dear Mr. Harbes:
On August 4, 1989 I left an inspection ticket stating that
a building permit is needed for the accessory building that was
on your property near Sound Avenue. I understand that you
called this office, but I was not in at the time.
According to Article XXVIII, Chapter 100-281 a building
permit is required for the accessory building and you must apply
for one immediately in order to avoid any legal action. A
Certificate of Occupancy is also needed before the building can
be used.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Very truly yours,
SOUTHOLD TOWN BLDG. DEPT.
