We currently operate a similar facility in Greenport. The owner of the shopping center, klan A. Cardinale, has already secured a town bulldin~ permit to partition off the 500-square-foot space we will occupy. Our work will consist of building two sections of formica-topped counter, installing a sink and addin~ electrical outlets (see enclosed plan). The plumbing and electrical work will be certified by the respective contractors. One final note: Photoprocessing uses several different chemicals, and these should not be introduced into the groundwater supply without treatment. Our equipment is "washless" (non-plumbed) and fully replenished -- that is, chemicals are not changed by draining each tank and replacing solution but fresh chemicals are automatically added as needed -- so they produce very little effluent. What they do produce, however, will be stored in drums and removed for treatment by a company licensed to handle these ~aterials. ITlmot~y E.
