Description of the Premises.
AlI that certain parcel of Land with the biilldinga and
improvements thereon erected in the village and Town of Southold,.
County of Suffolk,and State of New York,bounded and described
as follows: BEGINNING at a point formed by the. intersection of
the southerly side of Bay Water Avenue, so called,and the westerly
side of Nakomis Road, so ealled,at the Northeasterly corner of
the premises about to be mortgaged and running thence Southerly
along the Westerly side of Nakomis Road a distance of 280 feet to
land of Cedric H. Wickham and others,thence running Westerly along
said Land of Cedric H.WSckY~em and others a distance of 85.3 feet
to land of Robert Overton,thenee running northerly along land of
Robert Overton a distance of 242.2 feet to the southerly aide of
Hay Water Avenue and thence running easterly along the southerly
side of Bay Nater Avenue a distance of 94.9 feet to the mestsrly
side oY Nakomis Road to the point or place of beginning.

INSTRUCTIONS
a. Tlris application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted to the Building Inspector, with
sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public stree
or areas, and giving a detailed description of Iayout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this appl
cation.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issued a Building Permit to the applicant. Such perm
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupanc
shall have been granted by the Buildin; Inspector.
