BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises described in a deed made by John P. Bliss, individually and as
Executor of the Estate of Concetta G. Bliss,who died on October 23, 2001 a resident of Nassau County and recorded
December 11, 2002, in Liber 12224 at Page 599.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted
unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment
of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose. The word "party"

Greenport", Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, owned and developed by Eastern Shores, Inc., Greenport, N.Y.,
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on April 27, 1964 as Map No 4021, which said Lot is bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of Sound Drive, said point being where the division line between Lots 19 and
20 on the aforementioned map intersects the Northerly side of Sound Drive;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line, North 14 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds West, 376.00 feet to the Long
Island Sound;
THENCE along the Long Island Sound South 85 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds East 104.06 feet to the division line
between Lots 20 and 21;
THENCE along said last mentioned division line, South 14 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds East, 360.00 feet to the
