The purpose of this Deed is solely to confirm the transfer between the same parties to this Deed
for the same premises herein pursuant to that certain deed dated March 31, 2000 and recorded April 25,
2000 in Liber 12037 Page 685.
TOGETHER with all right,title,and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
