Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, designated as part of lots 14 and 15 as shown on a
certain map entitled, "Subdivision Map Peconic bay Properties, Inc.", surveyed February 6, 1931
by Otto W.Van Tuyl, Surveyor and filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 15, 1931 as Map
No. 786. Said part of tots when taken together being more bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly side of Fisherman's Beach Road(Haywaters Road)
distant 866.4 feet westerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of
Landing Road with the Fisherman's Beach Road(Haywaters Road);
RUNNING THENCE South 38 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds West 320.53 feet(survey)to the
tie line along the current mean high water mark of Cutchogue Harbor, 185 feet, more or less, to
the ordinary high water make of Cutchogue Harbor(deed/tax map);
