a domestic corporation with offices at
11 Newton Place, Hauppauge, New York
party of the first Dart, and ARTHUR SIEMERLING_~ residing at
party of the second oart,
WHEREAS, the party of the first part iS the holder of a judgment
entered on December 21, 1981, mn favor of BAYSTATE POOL SUPPLIES
OF NEW YORK, INC. against ARTHUR- SiEMERLING, in the amount of
S35,832.63 which said judgment was perfected and docketed on the
21st Day of December, 1981, in ~he Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk, and
WHEREAS, said judcmaent is a lien against the interest of ARTHUR
SIEMERLING in certain real property hereinafter_ described, and
~F~EREAS, the party of the first part, at the request of the party
of the second part, has agreed to give up and surrender the lien
on the premises hereinafter described unto ~he party of the second
part, and to hold and retain the balance of the said judgment .as
security ~or any monies due and owing on said judgment.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH, that the party or the first part, in
consideration of the sum of $30,000.00 paid by the party of t~e
second part, does hereby grant and release unto. the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever, all its right, tftle and interest of,
in and to the premises hereinafter described as follows:
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at
Mattituck, Town of SoUthold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Reeve
Avenue at the southwesterly corner of land now or formerly of
Staron and the northwesterly corner of the premises about to be
described;
RUNNING THENCE ~ton~ land now or formerly of Staron
North 87 degrees 06 minutes 20 seconds East, 215 feet;
THENCE along said last menticned land North 2 degrees
53 minutes 40 seconds West, 106.26 feet to land now or formerly
of Lindsay;
THENCE along the last mentioned land North 87 degrees
06 minutes 20 second East, 457.44 feet to Marratooka Lake;
THENCE along a tie line South 2 degrees 16 minutes
30 seconds West, 126.94 feet to land now or formerly of Parkin;
THENCE South 86 degrees 38 minutes 00 seconds West,
along the last mentioned land 658 feet to the easterly side of
Reeve Avenue;
THENCE along the easterly side of Reeve Avenue North
9 degrees 38 minutes 00 seconds West, 25.76 feet to the point or
tplace of BEGZN~tNG.
TOGETHER with all right, title a~d interest, if any; of the party
of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above described premises to the center line thereof; TOGETHER with
the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of
the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second party, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever.
