The violations involves a deck that was constructed around your inground swimming pool. According to the Order to Remedy that was issued on June 20, 1990 you were required to obtain a building permit. You have not complied with that order. Final snrvey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage-disposal(S-g form). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Sworn statement from plumber certifying that solder used im system contains less than 2/10 of ]Z lead. 5. Commercial buildings, industrial buildings, multiple residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 6.
