McMahon by deed dated October 27, 1962 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 2, 1962 in Liber 5258, page 264. The said Joseph P. McMahon having died on May 9, 1970, a resident of 42-19 164th Street, Flushing, New York.
