BEGINNING at a monument set at the corner formed by the intersection of the Easterly side of Village Lane,with the
Southerly side of Orchard Street;
RUNNING THENCE South 74 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds East,along the Southerly side of Orchard Street, 116.26
feet to land now or formerly of Rackett;
THENCE along said last mentioned land,the following two courses and distances:
