ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the Incorporated Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of Main Street where the same is intersected by
the center line of a 10 Foot Wide Right of Way, said point being distant 159.94 feet southeasterly
as measured along the northeasterly side of Main Street from the corner formed by the intersection
of the southeasterly side of Front Street with the northeasterly side of Main Street;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along said center line of a 10 Foot Right
of Way, North 83 degrees 35 minutes 50 seconds East, 82.50 feet;
THENCE South 07 degrees 01 minutes 40 seconds East, 34.68 feet;
THENCE South 82 degrees 58 minutes 20 seconds West, 82.50 feet to the northeasterly side of
Main Street;
