Suff. Co. Tax Map IE1000-67-1-4 ` Dear Mr. Georgio: On June 29, 1988, you were sent an Order to Remedy Violation for construction of a wooden deck at the rear of your house without a building permit. You were also notified that a survey of the property was required. We received your application, along with two checks totaling $75.00 for the building permit and certificate of occupancy, but we did not receive the survey. We are returning the checks because they are now outdated. Please send us a survey and new check so that we may resolve this matter. According to the Code of the Town of Southold, Article XXVIII Chap. 100-28] and 100-284, a building permit is needed for Che construction of an addition to an existing dwelling. It is unlawful to use or occupy a dwelling without a Certificate of Occupancy. In order to avoid any legal action, you must correct. the above violation immediately.
