PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 267 of the Town Law and Town Code
Chapter 280 (Zoning), Town of Southold, the following public hearing will be held by the
SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS at the Town Hall, 53095 Main Road,
Southold, New York 11971-0959, on THURSDAY. NOVEMBER 2, 2023:
1:10 P.M. - MICHAEL V. LIEGEY #7846: Request for a Variance from Article III,
Section 280-15 and the Building Inspector's September 16, 2023, Notice of
Disapproval based on an application for a permit to construct an accessory garage;
at; 1) located in other than the code required rear yard; located at: 105 Town Creek
Lane, Southold, NY. SCTM#1000-64-1-9.1.
The Board of Appeals will hear all persons or their representatives, desiring to be heard at each
hearing, and/or desiring to submit written statements before the conclusion of each hearing.
Each hearing will not start earlier than designated above. Files are available for review on The

I have applied with Southold Town to construct an accessory garage on my property and am
hereby required to inform you of a public hearing on Thursday, November 2nd, 2023 at 10:OOam
in which my project will be reviewed. A web link to attend the meeting virtually will be provided
