EN 9659 465 RIDER OF DESCRIPTION BEGINNING PARCEL FIRST at a stake set at the point of the intersection of the westerly line of Strohson'Road' with the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Zee ~Mildred W. Doran; running thence along the northerly line of land now or formerly of Zee Mildred W. Doran north 84° 54' 20" west, two hundred forty feet (240'); thence north 5° 05' 40" east, parallel with the westerly line of Strohson Road, one hundred feet (100'); thence south 84° 54' 20" east, two hundred forty feet (240'), to the westerly line of Strohson Road; and thence along the westerly line of Strohson Road, south 5° 05' 40" west, one hundred feet (100') to the po:Lnt or place of beginning. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Jeremiah C. BEGINNING PARCEL SECOND at a point on the easterly side of Little Neck Road where the land now or formerly of Z. Mildred Doran adjoins the land of the party of the first part; running thence easterly along the dividing line between the said lands now or formerly of Soper and of Doran, 225.98 feet more or less, to the westerly line of land of the party of the first part in PARCEL FIRST; thence running northerly at right ~ngles to the last mentioned course, and along the said westerly line, of land of said party of the first part, 100 feet to other lands now or formerly of Soper; thence along other landS now or formerly of Soper, north 84° 54' 20" west, 234.40 feet more or less, to the easterly side of Little Neck Road; and thence southerly along the easterly side of Little Neck Road, 100.35 feet more or less to the point or place of beginning. BOTH PARCELS being subject to any state of facts which an accurate survey would show; to covenants, easements, and restrictions, if any, provided same are still in effect; and to building regulations and zoning ordinances of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York. u . 9659 4§6 AGREEMENT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE OF~REALTY THIS AGREEMENT is made this f~ay of October, 1984, between JENNIE KUJAWSKI, residing at (no number) Strohson Road, village of Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, ("Seller'"), and CAROLINE (KUJAWSKI) RASMUSSEN, residing at 1145 Delmar Drive, village of Mattituckw Town of SOuthold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, ("Purchaser"): WITNESSETH: 1. Seller agrees to convey by deed on this date, the residence property stated above, and as described by metes and bounds of said deed, to Purchaser for the sum of $100.00 plus other good and valuable consideration. 2. Purchaser agrees that Se~ler shall retain the right of free and unrestricted personal usage of said residence for the remainder of Seller's life, excluding only the right to'alienation of the property by Seller. ~ 3. Purchaser agrees to maintain premises in good and salable condition, solely at expense of Purchaser, during lifetime of Seller. 4. Purchaser agrees to pay all taxes, assessments, fees, and other costs required to maintain a marketable title during lifetime of Seller. 5. Purchaser agrees to mainta~~ adequate liability and casualty insurance, with prompt.payment of premiums, during the life of the Seller, on all real and personal property at the said residence. 6. Purchaser agrees not to sell, transfer, or convey this property during the lifetime of Seller. 7. Seller may use or occupy, during her lifetime, the premises for such time or times as she may wish without cost to her. Purchaser shall maintain heating, plumbing, and electrical systems in Working order. 8. In the event that Purchaser predeceases Seller, Purchaser agrees to devise and bequeath the said property su6h that all devisees, assigns, and heirs shall be bound to the same terms and conditions as are stated herein.
