Permit fee of $495.80. Please submit to me your comments and

Last May 15th, lgg0, I had made application to the
Building Dept., for a renovation Permit on a house I
o'~n on Hummel Ave. Which I received May 22, 1990, Permit
~ 19037Z.
On Septeml~er !9th, 1990, I began preparations to start
th~ approved work, ~hen it became apparent that the structure
was just too dilapitated to proceed. At this time I made
application for a demolition Permit, which ~as issued Sept.
19, 1990, as Permit ~ 19~05Z-
SubseqRently the kou~e was bulldozed and the Debris
was ~ruc~ed away at an un~nticipate~ cost of over $7000.00.
At this point we made application to the Suffolk County
Dept. of ~ealth to construct a ne~ dwelling. I received
· their approval on May !~ ~99!, ~nd had new plans dra%~ up
and applied to The B!d~. Dept, on May 15, 1991 for anew
permit.
In sumnary, I respectfully request tDat my ori~in~l
$495.80 he, refunded to me, as the original permit was never
utilized.
