Dear Mr. Poulous:
During a review of our files it was noted that the above
building permit was issued on May 4, 1990 and no construction
has not been done.
According to the Code of the Town of Southold If you do not
begin work within a 12 month period starting from the date of
issuance, the building permit becomes void.
This building permit has now become void. Please re-apply
to this office for a new building permit if you wish to
construct the addition.
