You kindly sent me the building permits but were unable to locate the certificates of occupancy. After searching closing documents sent by my lawyer in October 1991, 1 was able to locate three different certificates of occupancy on the property for the various buildings. I am enclosing copy of my lawyer 's letter dated October 81991 detailing building permits and corresponding C of O. I closed on the property in November 1991 and have been living there ever since.
