ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land. with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in ~e Town of Southold, at Cutchogue, County of Suffolk
and State of New ~York, known and designated as Lot No. 9 on a
certain map entitl~ed, "Map of Vista Bluff at Cutchogue, Town of
Southold, Suffolk County· New York, made from actual survey
completed Novembei 8, 1967 by Van Tuyl & Sons, Licensed Land
Surveryors, Greenport, New York" and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 15, 1968 as ~Sap 5060.
TOGETHER with an easement of ingress and egress over and upon
the right of way, 15 feet wide, leading northerly from Glen
Court to Long Island Sound and the right to use the stairway
which has been constructed upon said right of way, said easement
and right to use said stairway to be in common with the other
owners of lots on the above mentioned filed map, subject· how-
ever to
· ~n~ payment by the party of the second Dart of 1/12 of
the maintenance and repair of said stairway· it being understood
that other lot owners of each lot are likewise chargeable with
the payment of 1/12 of the cost for said maintenance, which said
easement and agreement concerning the right to use said stairway
were ~ecorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on
February 1, 1972 at Libel 7097 mp 447.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the

of and adjoining said premises.
