May 5, 1981, and that DOROTHEA C. SANTINI, one of the parties of the first part to

County on March 28, 1983, pursuant to the last will and testament of RINALDO SANTINI,

of Suffolk, New York, on or about aanuary 3, 191~, as number forty-one.
TOGETHER with a right of way over South Drive, Bay View Avenue and ~orth Drive as laid
out on said Map, to be used in common ~ith present and future owners of lands shown
on said map.
TOGETHER with a right.of passage and access to the waters of Mattituck Bay at the
easterly extremity of Bay View Avenue to be used in common ~ith present and future
owners of lands shown on said Map.
Being the s~me premises conveyed to Rinaldo Santini, now deceased, by Deed dated
August 2, 1945, and re=orded September 12, 1945 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office

This is a Turnover Deed given to evidence the vesting of title in the grantee by
virtue of the lastWill and Testament of RINALDO SANTINI, now deceased.

TOGETHER with alt fight, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the cefiter I/nes 'thereof; TOGETHER with the aIYurtenances,
and also ~ the estate which the maid decedent had at ,the time of decedent's death in said premises, and als°
the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey~or dispose of, whether individ-
ually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD ihe premises herein granted unto
the'party of the second part, the d/stributeos or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party, of the. first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
