1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines,
streets, and unusual natural, or topographic features.
2. Final Approval from Health Dept, of water supply and sewerage-disposal (S-O form).
3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters.
4. Sworn statement from plumber certifying that the solder used in system contains
less than 2/10 of ly lead.
5. Commercial building, industrial building, multiple residences and similar buildings
and installations, a certificate of Codc C~;mpliance from archi'_ect or engineer
responsible for the building.
6. Submit Planning Board Approval of completed site pian requirements.
For existing buildings (prior to April 9, 1957) non-conforminn uses, or buildings and
"pre-existing" land uses:
1. Accurate survey of property show in; all property lines, streets, building and
unusual natural or topographic features.
2. A properly completed application and a consent to inspect signed by the applicant.
If a Certificate of Occupancy is denied, the Cuilding Inspector shall state the
reasons therefor in writing to the applicant.

The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during
its regular meeting held on March 22, 1990:
RESOLVED that the Town Trustees approve request for a waiver by
Proper-T Services in behalf of Paul J. Reilly to construct a 4'8" x
10'5" addition to existing dwelling; the addition being built on
existing concrete and concrete block slab.
The property is located at Knoll Circle, East Marion, NY on Spring
Pond.
Please return to the Building Department for a determination on the
need for any other permits which may be required for this project.
