BEING the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein by
deed dated July 25, 1978 and recorded August 14, 1978 in Liber

8479 p. 330.
THE CONVEYANCE hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage
executed by STANLEY KOROLESKI and JEAN A. KOROLESK!, his wife,
to Riverhead Savings Bank which mortgage is dated 4/22/80 and
recorded 5/7/80 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber
8739 mp. 155 and extended by Riverhead Savings Bank to Stanley
Koro!eski and Jean A. Koroleski, his wife, by extension
agreement dated 6/30/80 and recorded 7/11/80 in Liber 8780 mp. 338
on which there ~s now due the sum of $42,803.40 and that the grantees
assume and covenant to pay such mortgage debt and interest as part
of the consideration for this conveyance.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above descried premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and ta said premises: TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
thc party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first pa~ has not done or suffered auything
~hereby the said premises have been encum~red m any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in complianEe with Section 13 of the Lien ~w, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost oI the improvement before using any pan of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall ~ construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indentpre ~o requires.
