This letter is in regards to proposed renovations,located at 1232 The gloarning,Fishers Island New York.
It is of the opinion of our office that the extent of the demolition executed at the above mentioned project will not
exceed 50%of the market value of the existing structure,prior to the start of the new work.We feel the proposed
repairs to the existing structure are essential to the life safety and code compliance of the building.
