known and designated as and by IDt No. 33 on a certain map ,entitled, "Map of
Sal taire Estates," and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on liugust 3,
1966 as Map No. 4682.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the sane premises as cx:mveyed to the Grantors
herein by deed dated April 2, 1970, Liller 6725, Page 521.
'l'<XEI'IJER with the use of the "Right of Way" as shown on said map for access
to long Island Sotmd and lot No. 32 for recreation purposes, subject to such
reasonable rules and regulations as may be iInposed by the party of the first
part, its successors and assigns, including a maintenance charge not to exceed
$15.00 per year unless agreed upon by a majority of the lot owners on said map.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the cent.. lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and 10 said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premi..s herein granted unto the party of the .econd part, the heirs or su<<essors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, <'Ovenants thai the party of
the first part wilt receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive suc~ consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of t.he cost of the improvement before using any part of Ihe lotal of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" when~vtr the sense of this indentpre 50 requires.
