SCTM# 1000-143-3-5.1 & 34.1 Dear Mr. Wilsberg: This letter will supersede the Board's letter to you of October 30, 1990, in which we requested additional site plan data. The Planning Board will waive the site plan requirements for the installation of secondary containment facilities provided that all set back requirements are in conformance with the Town Code and both properties are merged. We have received a copy of the revised deed that merges both properties. The plan dated October 3, 1990, and labeled "Installation of new 15,000 gallon above-ground #2 fuel oil tank and transfer area", and signed by Merritt H. Deutzman, meets the code requirements, with the exception of the landscaping buffer between the business and residential areas on your property. The Board waives this landscaping buffer.
