Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. The Planning Board has decided to allow an amendment to its prior condition of site plan waiver, whereby the use of the site was limited to one doctor only. The addition of an architect''s office and the presence of another physician on the site will be permitted, provided that the other physician's hours are not the same as yours. The parking calculations shown on the plan that was submitted with your letter are in conformance with the Town's parking requirements for these uses.
