ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings,
thereon, erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Mattituck,
Town.of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the easterly line of said
land of C.B.S.'Marr at the northeasterly corner of Lot No. 13, on
a certain map entitled, "Map of Salt Lake Village, Mattituck, Long
Island" prepared by Otto W. Van Tuyl, C.E., and filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on May 10, 1940, as Map No. 1310;
RUNNING THENCE along said land of C.B.S. Marr, North 7 degrees 40
minutes West 59.77 feet to James Creek;
TIIENCE along a bulkhead o~.Qoncrete wall adjoining said James Creek
substantially the following courses and distances:
1. North 80 degrees East 42 feet;
2. North 26 degrees East 96 feet;
3. North 52 degrees 30 minutes West 49 feet;

ALI. that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being in the Village of Mattituck, in the Town of'Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, known as Part of LOt Number 12 on
a certain map entitled, "t-lap of Salt Lake Village", Mattituck, Long
Island, prepared by Otto H. Van Tuyl, C.E., and filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on May 10, 1940 as Map Number 1210, more-
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Sailors Needle (PRIVATE
ROAD) distant 39.31 feet northerly from the intersection of the
dividing line between Lots 11 and 12 on aforesaid map with the easterly
side of Sailors Needle;
RUNNING THENCE northerly along the easterly side of Sailors Needle on
the arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 160 feet a
distance of 39.30 feet to land now or formerly of Griffiths;
RUNNING THENCE North 70 degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds East along the
last mentioned land 130 feet more or less to J~mes Creek;
RUNNING THENCE southerly along James Creek 70 feet more o~* less to a
point distant 115 feet more or less when measured on a course North
84 degrees 41 minhtes 00 seconds East from the point or place of
beginning;
