Prior to the start of the wetland creation, a row of staked haybales and snow fence i must be installed between the existing wetland and the wetland to be created. This barrier to disturbance and erosion must be maintained until new plantings have grown adequately to stabilize soil. No disturbance of existing tidal wetland shall occur while new area is beint: created. 6. All excavated material from the created wetland area must be removed to an upland site located a minimum of 50 linear feet from the tidal wetland. 7. Creation of the new tidal wetland area must be completed within one year of the start of driveway construction. 8. Plantings in the newly created tidal wetland must be maintained for a minimum of 2 years and an 80% survival rate.
