This application must be filled in by typewriter OR ink and submitted to the building inspector with the following: for new building or new use: 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final Approval from Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage-disposal (S-9 form). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Sworn statement from plumber certifying that the solder used in system contains less than 2/10 of 17 lead. 5. Commercial building, industrial building, multiple residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Code Compliance from architect or engineer responsible for the building. 6. Submit Planning Board Approval of completed site plan requirements. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 9, 1957) non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, building and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. A properly completed application and a consent to inspect signed by the applicant. Assemble the four wall panels using pre-cut 7'0" long 2"x4" studs and if required obtaima building permit. Stake out location for concrete piers. and 2"x4" }op and bottom plates. Follow the wall framing elevations. , ~ Nail through the top and bottom plate into the 2"x4" stud using two ' 2. Usin a post hole digger, dig out the 12" diameter holes. Make 8"x8" 9 16 penny nails per stud top and bottom. (Note: do not attach 2"x4" cap forms out of 1"x8','s and stake in place centered over pier holes. tie plate to panels). Make sure that top of formed, caps are all level. Soak holes with garden 2.
