I would welcome your comments on Martins application and thank you. Regarding your other email about Cutchogue
Fire District,the ZBA declared issued a neg Dec a while ago before the public voted on the bond which was approved.
We held a public hearing and last night we voted on a draft to approve as applied for. I'm coming in to the office this
morning to sign all the decisions. If you would like a copy I'll email it to you. See you soon

PS Kim is on vacation and will be back in the office on Tuesday the 25th. Also thanks for organizing a meeting to talk
about applying the big house legislation.

Since these no longer need site plan (I already notified Martin F and the Building Dept that their
notice of disapproval needs revising), do you still want Planning comments?
It might still be a good idea to do that because we could give practical site-related comments
even though we won't be doing a site plan. Of course that's up to you, but we are happy to do so
if you would find it useful.
