Final survey of prqperty with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final Approval from Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage-disposal(S-9 form). 3. Approval df electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. ' 4. Sworn statement from plumber certifying that the solder used in system contains less than 2/10 of 1% lead. 5. Commercial building, industrial building, multiple residences and similar buildings ~ and installations, a certificate of C~de Compliance from archiuect or engineer responsible for the bu:'.lding. 6. I have also enclosed a blowup diagram of the entire structure with the addition indicated. The purpose of this application is to gain a current Certificate of Occupancy for the Crane residence. I am sorry for the delay, but we have been waiting for the parties to get into contract. With that finally done we are hoping to have a final closing on June 22, 1991.
