A quick overview: I am helping the Burkes clear up the "as-builts" they inherited when they bought the property. applied for and received a permit ( 47380) on.January 25, 2022 for the as-built shed. Not to be confused with the other accessory building (permit # 43202). 1 have not scheduled an inspection for the shed because I wanted to have the other "as-built" mudroom and arbor inspected at the same time. I applied for the permit and it was pointed out that we should remove the small piece of arbor on the south-east corner of the house to avoid a referral to the ZBA. This was done and in October of 2021 1 also applied for and received a Trustees permit for the arbor and shed. I have attached copies of the prior correspondence as well as a copy of the Trustees permit and survey and a REScheck and four certified copies of the plans, elevations and sections of the mudroom and arbor. I am hopeful that these will satisfy the requirements for issuance of a building permit and I can move forward with the inspections and the revised CO for the property.
