WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

August 27, 1975, as Map No. 6289.
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Crown Land Lane at the southeasterly
corner of the premises herein described, which said point marks the division
line between lots 2 and 3;
RUNNING THENCE South 61 degrees 24 minutes 50 seconds West along the northerly
line of Lot No.2, 317.45 feet;
THENCE North 47 degrees 48 minutes 20 seconds West along land of Horton,
90.0 feet;
THENCE North 52 degrees 50 minutes 20 seconds East along the southerly
line of Lot No.4, 418.75 feet to the westerly side of Crown Land Lane;
THENCE southerly along said westerly side of Crown Land Lane and along an
arc of a curve having a radius of 380.0 feet, a distance of 163.17 feet to
the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to
deed dated May 15, 1978, and recorded May 23, 1978. in
