Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. As per Uniform Building Code Section 2907 ' Footings' : "Footings and foundations, unless otherwise specifically provided shall be constructed of masonry, concrete or treated wood in conformance with UBC Standard No.29. 3 and in all cases shall extend below the frost line. " The bottom of the footing currently sits at 2.8 1/2" below grade The top of the footing should set at 86" below grade (frost- line) in order to meet code requirements.
