Scholarship Committee will review., There is to be a clarification of collecting money for scholarships follow-up. 6. Synergy. Mike passed the information to the Director of Youth Services,Southold Town.The police �Cn✓✓ n i��, chief and the Synergy working group, including Val and Mike representing ABTF, are planning a � (( ;r�c�•n (1001, community event on June 29t''with a cross section of people. It was held on Saturday June 17th, 2023, at n` `�y� Ao'f- the Clinton Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church. Was sponsored by the church,the ABTF and the Coming To The Table (CTTT)group to create collective community responses to transformative racial healing). It was covered in the Suffolk Times and NF Patch. 8.School Reports—Fishers Is.—One student applied for scholarship Oyster Ponds— Greenport—Ome student applied for the scholarship. Southold—Mike said 1 student applied for scholarship. Mattituck/Cutchogue 9. Discussion of members of the ABTF board absences and need for full attendance and participation. 10. Dissolution of the Implementation group—Lexipol. To be discussed. Meeting adjourned. Next meeting 10AM on Monday,July 17th at Southold Town and on Zoom.
