OF SOUTHOLD

The last Assessment Roll of the Town of Southold shows that
you are the owner of the following described premises:
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and 'improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the Village of Southold, ~Town Of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New Yorkl bounded and described as follows:
Northerly by Long Island $ound,./about One Hundred and Forty-One'
Feet; Easterly by land now or formerly of/H.G. Welsel, Three
Hundred and Eighteen Feet; Southerly partly by the Main North
Road, Forty-One Feet One Inch, partly by/Sound View Avenue, One
Hundred Nineteen Feet, Five and On~-Foh~th Inches; Westerly by
land now or formerly of Mulvane~,.~wo~undred Seventy-Seven Feet.
TOGETHER with all the right, title/and interest of the parties
of the first part of,~in and to the land under waters of Long
Island Sound adjoining the premises on the North, and also
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties
of the first part of, in and to the North Road and Sound View
Avenue adjoining the premises on the South, to the center
thereof.
BEING AND °INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed' to' Bernard
Dubin and Bessie Dubin by deed of Bernard Dubin dated 7/5/51 and
recorded in the office Clerk of Suffolk County on 7/6/51 in
Liber 3235 of Conveyances, at Page 351.
The above described pr%mises are the same premises
described in a deed recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office in Liber 11209 Page 503.

B. The One Family Dwelling located on your property is
structurally unsafe and dangerous ~nd as such constitutes a
hazard to safety by reason of inadequate maintenance and
dilapidation, i
In Particular: There is severe rot in the front and rear
porches causing their collapse, the sound side porch ~oof has
partially collapsed leaving a hazardous condition wherein the
roof is in danger of collapsing. The door is not secured
allowing entry to unauthorized persons.
C. You are hereby ordered to: Immediately make the building
safe and secure by repair and boarding up or remove the
building. You must first obtain the necessary permits from the
Southold Town Building Dept. ~
D. The above work shall commence within ten (10) days from the
date of service of this notice and shall be completed within
thirty (30) days thereafter.
E. In the event you fail to comply with the above, a hearing
will be held before the Southold Town Board concerning same at
9:30 O'clock A.M. on November 12, 1991, at Southold Town Hall,
53095 Main Road, Southold~ New York 11971.~

F. In the event that the ~outhold Town ~oard after the hearing
herein shall determine that the bd~lding/or structure is unsafe
or dangerous to the public, the To~n Board may order the
building or structure to be repaired ~d secured or taken down
and removed.

G. In the event that the buildinfg or structure shall be
determined by the Town to be unsafe or dangerous and in the
event of the neglect or refusal of the owner to repair or remove
the same within the time provided, the Town may remove such
building or structure by whatever means it deems appropriate and
assess all costs and expenses incurred by the Town in connection
with the proceedings to remove or secure, including the cost of
actually removing said building or structure, against the land
on which said buildings or structures are located.
