to the mean high water line of Long island Sound; thence running
along the mean high water line-of Long Island Sound North 72° 40' ]0"
East 100.17 feet; thence South 20° 41' East 911.50 feet to a concrete
monument and land of Dundee Securities Corporation; thence running
along other land of Dundee Securities Corporation South 70° 08' West
100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, However, to a right of way 25 feet in width along the souther]
boundary of said premises for use as a roadway by Mattituck Park
Properties, Inc. or o~her owners of parcels in that tract of 24.26
acres, of which the premises here.in conveye'd are a part and known
as the "Aldrich Shore Front Property."
TOGETHER with a right of way 25 feet in width to be used as a way
along the southerZy boundary of said land of Anderson to the road
hereinafter described.
TOGETHER with a one-tenth undivided interest in a strip of land

of the first part by deed dated 7/I/a6 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office o~ 7/3/46 ac Liber 2589, page 139.
Premises conveyed hereunder are secured by a Purchase Money Mortgage
of even date, intended vo be recorded simultaneously herewith.
