All areas of soil disturbance resulting from this project shall be seeded with an appropriate perennial grass seed and mulched with hay ~ straw within one week of final grading. Mulch shall be maintained until a suitable vegetative cover is established. 6. A row of staked hay bales or approvable erosion control devices shall be placed at the seaward edge of the building envelope at com:.encement of regulated activities and remain in place until project is completed and all disturbed areas stabilized ~ with vegetation. 7.
