Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency. If there is one, please provide me with the link. Trees in question are being trimmed as follows. A large oak with half of the lower tree dead and rotting the other in fairly solid condition. The tree is leaning, and I removed some heavy large upper branches on the leaning side to reduce the weight pulling the tree over. Photos 1, 2, &3. ' Tree#2 is close to the house and questionable as to if it truly is in the wetlands. Some branches on this tree overhang the house and it is my intention to remove and or trim back these branches.
