Dear Mr. Levison:
With regard to your letter dated August 7, 2023, along with photographs
requesting to trim the two (2) trees located in your yard which abuts the wetlands,
and which trees were seen by Trustee Liz Gillooly on August 10, 2023, the Board
of Trustees determined that the trees may be trimmed and that this trimming may
be done on an annual basis, as the trees are growing inward toward the house.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this
office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
